This is an ancillary document – the Terms & Conditions above cover most service-related aspects. If you prefer a separate “Terms of Service” page, it can largely reuse the Terms & Conditions with focus on user obligations, acceptable use, account registration, content posted by users (if any). Below is a short template:

By accessing or using the Dazzlecrest website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you disagree, please do not use the Site.
1. Account Registration
You may create an account for purchasing, tracking orders or reviewing Products. You must ensure accuracy of registration details, maintain confidentiality of password and accept responsibility for all activity via your account.

You agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws. You shall not:

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time for violation of ToS, suspected fraud or legal requirement. Termination does not affect your obligations.
5. Amendments
We may revise these ToS at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow.
