Return & Replacement Policy

At Dazzlecrest, we strive for your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning or replacing our Products.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • Returns/replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery unless specified otherwise.

  • The Product must be UNUSED, with original tags, packaging and accessories intact.

  • We do not accept returns of Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered after delivery.

  • Customised/personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a fault or shipping error.

  • For any Return/Replacment  - Product Images/Video is mandatory.
  • In case of Return on account of defective/damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory for proof. If upon return the product is found damaged but as per the photograph provided by you the product seemed fine, then it will not be liable to return.


2. How to Initiate a Return/Replacement

  • We will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions for shipping the Product back.

  • You must ship the Product (pre-paid) to our returns address within the time specified.

  • Once we receive and inspect the Product, we will notify you of the outcome.


3. Refunds / Replacement

  • If approved, we will issue either:

    • A replacement Product (subject to availability) or

    • Store credits

  • Shipping costs for the return are borne by you unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We reserve the right to deduct any value for missing tags, accessories, damage or wear beyond normal inspection.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • We will arrange for replacement or refund in the form of Store Credits at no additional cost to you.

  • Ensure original packaging and tags are retained until inspection is complete.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked “Non-returnable” at checkout.

  • Products showing signs of wear/alteration/damage by user.

  • Items returned after the allowed time period.

  • Any item returned without proper RA number or packaging.


6. Right to Reject Return

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the Product fails to meet the eligibility criteria or if the RA process is not followed.


7. Policy Amendments

We may modify this policy at any time; the version published on the Site is the current one.
