Welcome to Dazzlecrest. By accessing or using our website www.dazzlecrest.com and placing orders for our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.


1. Definitions


  • “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Dazzlecrest.

  • “You”, “your” refers to a user, customer, or visitor of the Site.

  • “Product(s)” means the imitation jewellery items offered for sale on the Site.

  • “Order” means your placement of a confirmed purchase through the Site.


2. Use of Site & User Account


  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into contracts.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information (e.g., name, contact, payment) and keep it updated.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials; any order placed via your account is deemed authorised by you unless proven otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent/unlawful activity.


3. Product Information & Pricing


  • We endeavour to display correct product images, descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

  • In the event of an error in pricing, description or availability, we may cancel or refuse orders even after confirmation, and will refund any amount paid.

  • All prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified; shipping costs may be extra and are indicated at checkout.


4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation


  • After you place an Order, we will send an Order acknowledgement by email (or SMS) confirming receipt. This does not mean your Order is accepted.

  • Acceptance of your Order and the formation of contract occurs when we dispatch the Product to you (or when we confirm acceptance in writing), whichever is earlier.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for valid reasons (stock unavailability, pricing error, suspicion of fraud, regulatory issues).


5. Payment


  • Payment must be made via the methods provided on our Site. For cash on delivery (if offered), additional charges may apply.

  • You warrant that the payment instrument used is yours or you are authorised to use it.

  • Ownership of Products remains with us until full payment is received.


6. Shipping & Delivery


  • We will deliver Products to the address you provide. Risk of loss/pick-up passes to you upon dispatch.

  • Delivery time estimates are provided but not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays due to carrier issues, customs, acts of God or other reasons outside our control.

  • You must inspect Products upon delivery and notify us of any damage, defect or non-conformity within the time specified in our Returns & Replacement Policy.


7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds


  • Our Returns & Replacement Policy (linked separately) forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully.

  • Unless otherwise specified, Products used, damaged after delivery, customised items or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.


8. Intellectual Property


  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Dazzlecrest or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

  • You may use the Site for lawful personal shopping only; any other use is prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers


  • Our Products are imitation jewellery items. We endeavour quality and durability, but being non-precious, they will naturally show signs of wear; tarnishing or colour fading over time is not necessarily a defect.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose).

  • Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (lost profits, data loss, business interruption, etc).


10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Lucknow] in Uttar Pradesh.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.


11. Changes to Terms


  • We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
