Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 15th November, 2025

This Shipping Policy explains how we dispatch and deliver Products purchased via the Dazzlecrest website.


1. Order Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (except weekends and holidays).

  • For items marked “Pre-order” or “Customised”, a longer processing time will be indicated.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs


  • We ship via shiprocket to Indian addresses.

  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on weight/dimensions/destination or may be free subject to order value threshold.

  • For COD (cash on delivery) orders, additional COD charges may apply.


3. Delivery Time


  • Standard delivery within 3-7 business days from dispatch for major cities; 5-10 business days for remote areas.

  • These are estimates only; delays due to logistics, weather, strikes, customs (for international shipments) may occur and are beyond our control.


4. Tracking Your Order


  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s website or the link provided.

  • If you have any difficulty tracking your order, contact us at dazzlecrest@gmail.com.


5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes / Remote Areas


  • We may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations, P.O. boxes or restricted zones; in such cases we will notify you and offer alternative arrangements or cancel the Order and refund.

  • Additional duties/customs charges may apply for shipments outside India; you (the customer) will be responsible for such charges.


6. Risk & Title


  • Risk of damage or loss to the Products passes to you upon our delivery to the courier.

  • Title (ownership) of the Products passes to you when full payment is received.


7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender


  • If the courier cannot deliver due to wrong/insufficient address, refusal, or absence, the package may be returned to us.

  • We may charge you for redelivery or deduct return shipping and handling costs before refund.


8. International Shipping


  • If we ship internationally, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes or customs. These are your responsibility.

  • Shipping time is longer for international destinations and subject to customs clearance.


9. Policy Updates

We may update the Shipping Policy periodically; the version on the Site applies to your purchase.
