Behind the brand is Amrita Jaiswal - a Chartered Accountant by profession, dreamer by heart, and entrepreneur by passion. Amrita began her career in the corporate world, working with renowned global brands like Philips, Chanel, Biba during her time at Big 4 firms. From the outside, life looked secure, a stable career, respected profession, and a successful path ahead.

But somewhere beyond the spreadsheets, audits, and boardrooms, she felt something was missing. She didn’t just want to work for businesses. She wanted to build one of her own.

Walking away from a comfortable salary and predictable life was not easy. Yet Amrita chose uncertainty over comfort because she believed dreams deserve a chance. She stepped into the startup world, starting almost from scratch, taking a lower-paying role simply to learn how businesses are truly built from the ground up.

There, she met someone who became her mentor and role model, someone who taught her the realities behind entrepreneurship: the sleepless nights, the failures no one talks about, the courage it takes to keep going when results don’t come instantly. Those lessons changed everything.

While growing in her career, Amrita quietly began building Dazzlecrest alongside it. She worked across multiple finance roles, saved relentlessly, and invested every bit she could into turning her vision into reality. Because building a dream brand is never just about products. It is about sacrifice, patience, belief, and showing up every single day even when nobody sees the effort behind the scenes.

As the journey unfolded, fate reconnected her with a former colleague who shared expertise in the jewellery industry.
